Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience. PhD preferred.
• State-of-the-art MS and analytics knowledge, including AAV/LVV analytics preferred.
• Experience with high-resolution MS and Thermo Tribrid MS highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform protein mass spectrometry characterization studies.
• Optimize peptide mapping, intact and middle-down MS for variant ID.
• Develop GMP-compliant analytical assays for gene therapy products.
• Coach team members and contribute to strategic lab goals.
• Maintain equipment and manage lab operations.
