Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 0–5 years postdoctoral experience, or an MS degree with 5+ years of experience, or a BS degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry, with a proven track record of successfully developing MS, LC-MS, or LC-MS/MS methods.
• Familiarity with sophisticated liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry technologies, and relevant software for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC/MS based analytical methods to support development of monoclonal antibody–based therapeutic proteins and other modalities.
• Conduct analytical experiments and analyze LC-MS data to elucidate quality attributes of therapeutic protein candidates and drug products.
• Develop LC-MS based bioanalytical strategies and high-throughput methods for quantitation of biomarkers and drug candidates in biological matrices for preclinical and early-stage clinical PK studies.
