Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with 3–6 years of experience.
• Ability to independently design experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting HPLC/UHPLC and mass spectrometry instrumentation.
• Strong initiative, scientific curiosity, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication with meticulous lab records following regulations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, troubleshoot, and execute quantitative MS assays for biomarkers and related analytes.
• Perform hands-on lab work using HPLC/UHPLC, MS, KingFisher purification/extraction, and related quantitation techniques.
• Analyze complex datasets, maintain electronic lab notebooks, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assays and projects concurrently; evaluate new technologies and formats.
• Maintain GLP-compliant practices and documentation per FDA regulations and SOPs.
• Collaborate across Bioanalytical Sciences, Regeneron, and CROs to troubleshoot and align priorities.
