Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an experienced financial professional to proactively manage a mass affluent client portfolio across multiple branches in California, including Modesto. You will uncover needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and act as the trusted advisor while coordinating with partners to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include relationship development, asset growth, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services organization with knowledge of banking products, services, pricing and profitability management.
• SIE Exam and Series 6, 63, 65 and state Life & Health licenses required; 7 and 66 preferred.
• If licenses are not current, they must be obtained within 120 days of starting date.
• Advanced understanding of deposits, loans (including mortgage) and banking practices.
• Strong brokerage and insurance product knowledge.
• Experience with retirement plans, business banking solutions, insurance and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and manages a portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branches.
• Acts as primary client contact to uncover needs and provide solutions.
• Develops relationships through consultative sales and trusted-advisor approach.
• Achieves sales targets by acquiring assets from existing and new clients.
• Liaises with branches and internal partners to deliver product support and solutions.
