Job summary

The Hagerman Group is seeking an experienced Masonry Estimator/Project Manager to lead estimating, planning, execution, and financial performance of masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate combines strong estimating expertise, project management skills, and client relationship management to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction or architectural design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of project estimating and construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and contract requirements to determine scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for masonry projects.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to evaluate logistics and conditions.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, material costs, and overall financial performance.
