NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Mask Layout Design Engineer to shape high-speed mixed-signal layouts in cutting-edge CMOS tech. The role collaborates with ASIC and mixed-signal teams to optimize PLLs, SerDes, and ADC blocks and to ensure compliance with design rules.

You should have a BSEE or equivalent plus 8+ years, be fluent with Cadence tools, and proficient in scripting (Perl, Python). Base salary ranges from 132k to 207k USD with equity and benefits.

Qualificações

• BSEE or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years industry experience.
• Expertise with Cadence custom circuit design tools.
• Experience using verification tools Dracula, Hercules, Calibre and Primeyield.
• Knowledge of DRC/LVS checks and deck customization.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical layout for mixed-signal blocks (PLL, SerDes, ADC, ESD) in sub-micron CMOS using Cadence.
• Collaborate with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers to tailor designs for VLSI integration.
• Contribute to floor planning, custom layout, and verification against rules and schematics.
