Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Marketing Technology Systems Senior Specialist to own day-to-day MarTech administration. You will ensure platform health, data accuracy, and seamless integrations across Pardot, Salesforce, ABM tools, and analytics.

Hybrid role based in the USA with flexibility for remote work; 3 days in Austin or Tampa offices optional. You will audit data flows, manage access, and evaluate new tools while collaborating with analytics and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or marketing discipline.
• 3-5 years in Marketing Operations role focused on Marketing Technology or Systems Administration.
• Experience administering MAPs (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Exposure to GDPR, CCPA, CASL compliance considerations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate operational work.
• Experience with Highspot, webinar tools, event tech, and web analytics.
• Experience designing prompt-driven workflows or AI-assisted automations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure MarTech stack daily across platforms.
• Manage access, permissions, and logs for marketing users.
• Monitor data flows, integrations, and sync health; address failures.
• Review vendor releases and advise on adoption.
• Maintain integration map and data dictionary for all tools.
• Audit data quality and enforce naming conventions and sync cadence.
• Partner with analytics to resolve attribution data issues.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations and automations.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
