Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Marketing Technology Systems Senior Specialist to own day-to-day administration across the MarTech stack. You’ll configure, monitor, audit, and fix the systems, ensuring data moves accurately across Pardot, Salesforce, ABM tools, analytics, and the integration layer.

Hybrid role based in Austin, TX with 3 days in the office; remote options available for select US states; you’ll partner with analytics and marketing teams to maintain governance, data quality, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical or marketing field.
• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations focusing on MarTech or systems.
• Experience administering MAPs (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and Salesforce.
• Experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Tray.io) and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase).
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA/CASL compliance.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate operations.
• Experience with content tools (Highspot) and web analytics (GA/Snowplow).
• Ability to design AI-driven workflows or automations.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration across the Marketing Tech stack.
• Manage day-to-day access and RBAC for marketing platforms; maintain an access log.
• Configure and maintain field mappings, object relationships, and automation settings.
• Monitor platform health daily: uptime, sync errors, API rate limits, and workflows.
• Assist in vendor relationships for stack tools and review release notes.
• Own and maintain the integration map of MarTech systems and data dictionary.
• Monitor integration layer: connectors, iPaaS, and API connections; review error logs.
• Enforce data flow standards and deduplication rules; audit discrepancies.
