Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Marketing Technology Systems Senior Specialist to own day-to-day administration of the MarTech stack. You’ll ensure data accuracy and healthy integrations across Pardot, Salesforce, ABM tools, and analytics, with a focus on proactive issue detection.

The role requires hands-on configuration, monitoring, and governance across the stack, including integration health and data quality. Hybrid work in Austin, TX is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, focused on MarTech or systems administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and iPaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration and day-to-day management across MarTech stack.
• Manage access, roles, and permissions; maintain an access log.
• Configure field mappings, object relationships, and automation settings.
• Monitor health: uptime, API rate limits, and broken automations.
• Review vendor release notes and advise on adoption.
• Own integration map; monitor native connectors and API connections.
• Enforce data flow standards and deduplication rules across systems.
• AI-assisted operations and QA for deployments.
