Job summary

VML MAP seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution. You will own end-to-end delivery across Adobe Target, AEP, Real‑Time CDP, CJA, and tag management platforms, guiding the architecture and its implementation for major clients.

You will lead discovery, design scalable solutions, supervise QA, and collaborate with client teams and internal engineers to ensure precise data flow and robust activations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in martech/analytics/personalization or related consulting roles.
• Client-facing consulting/agency background preferred.
• Deep experience with Adobe Target and experimentation.
• Proficiency with VEC, form-based activities, custom code, Target Recommendations, and profile scripts.
• Understanding experimentation methodology and statistics.
• Familiar with Adobe Launch/Tags, at.js, and AEP Web SDK.
• Strong knowledge of AEP, real-time CDP, and identity services.
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS coding skills.
• Ability to trace data flow from data layer to downstream analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering with cross-functional teams.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures and documentation.
• Build, test, and QA A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target.
• Architect AEP real-time CDP data ingestion and identity stitching.
• Configure AEP Web SDK, datastreams, and personalization.
• Design and manage data layer and tag management across Launch/GTM.
• Perform full-stack client-side debugging across browsers.
• Provide client advisory and technical leadership to stakeholders.
