Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Sr. Tech Lead for Experimentation and Personalization & Marketing Cloud to own Target-driven experiences on the public site. You will design, implement, test, and govern A/B tests and personalization with Adobe Target, collaborating with product, design, analytics and MarTech teams.

You will set standards for quality, governance, and reusable patterns, mentor developers, and translate business goals into scalable technical solutions while enabling a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Adobe Target experience with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Experience targeting, personalization, audience setup, and profile scripts.
• Frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility.
• Experience with analytics integration and QA utilities.
• Git-based deployment, code review, and release readiness practices.
• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, AEM, Adobe Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation for A/B tests and personalization experiences.
• Build and maintain front-end code for Target activities (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Configure and support Target activities, audiences, profile scripts, QA links, targeting rules and delivery safeguards.
• Partner with product, design, analytics, AEM, MarTech and business teams to translate experimentation goals into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding implementation decisions and standards.
• Communicate delivery tradeoffs, risks, dependencies and timelines to stakeholders.
• Align across product, analytics, design, AEM, MarTech and engineering for launches and learnings.
• Define and enforce standards for code quality, QA, accessibility, performance and governance.
• Troubleshoot delivery, audience qualification, analytics integration and production defects.
• Create reusable scripts, patterns and documentation to improve speed and reliability.
• Mentor developers on Target implementation practices and front-end standards.
