Job summary

Insight Global seeks a senior Martech leader to own the Adobe Experience Cloud strategy, roadmap, and architecture. You will enable personalized customer experiences at scale by leveraging data, AI, and marketing technology, while guiding a high-performing team and engaging executive stakeholders.

The role requires transitioning from implementation to long-term platform ownership, partnering with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Engineering, Data, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Martech, Digital Marketing Tech, Marketing Ops or DXP
• Direct implementation and architecture experience with AEP and related platforms
• Experience building or leading Martech teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with privacy, compliance, consent management (GDPR, CCPA, PCI, PII)

Responsibilities

• Own Martech platform vision, roadmap, and architectural direction
• Lead architecture and design across Adobe products and integrations
• Manage cross-functional Martech team (architecture, engineering, governance, admin)
• Oversee Adobe implementation with SI partner
• Establish governance, standards, and operating model for Martech platform
• Drive adoption across Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams
