Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Martech Platform Architect to lead the Adobe Experience Cloud strategy and drive a cross-functional martech platform roadmap. This role demands hands-on technical execution transitioning into platform leadership and governance across marketing, ecommerce, and product engineering teams.

You will partner with senior leadership to define architectural direction, ensure compliant integrations, and champion platform adoption with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of martech, digital marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital experience platform roles, with a track record of technology platform implementation, strategy and leadership.
• Deep, hands-on experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Proven ability to transition from hands-on technical execution to platform strategy, architecture, and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of identity resolution strategy.
• Solid understanding of data governance and privacy regulation.
• Experience managing complex SI partner and managed services relationships.
• Strong understanding of modern integration patterns.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a marketing technology platform leveraging best in class technology and AI driven intelligence.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction of our martech stack anchored in Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Partner with VP, Customer Facing Technology to define platform evolution and integration.
• Act as solution architect for martech stack and partner cross-functionally to deliver compliant solutions.
• Guide execution of Adobe implementation.
• Define multi-year Martech Platform roadmap aligned with strategic vision.
• Serve as trusted technology advisor and communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Manage a cross-function team responsible for platform’s technical architecture, integrations, data collection, governance.
• Champion platform adoption across Marketing, eCommerce, and product engineering teams.
