Job summary

BWH Hotels seeks a Director of Martech Platform to own strategy and architecture of our martech stack anchored in Adobe Experience Cloud. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with business priorities, and deliver scalable personalization across channels.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, governance, vendor management, and ensuring privacy compliance. Hybrid work from our Phoenix, AZ hub with global stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of martech, digital marketing technology, or related leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience leading platform strategy, architecture, and teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations (CCPA/GDPR).
• Proven ability to manage complex SI/partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Martech Platform roadmaps aligned with personalization at scale.
• Serve as trusted technology advisor to executives and teams.
• Present architecture recommendations, risks, and options to stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into architectural direction and runway.
• Lead platform adoption and measure business impact.
• Manage vendor relationships with Adobe and other partners.
• Ensure compliant, reliable, scalable platform designs.
