Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior MarTech Manager, Communications to evolve member messaging across email, push, in-app, SMS and emerging channels. You will be the Braze and communications technology lead, partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will drive integrations, governance, and vendor strategy, while advancing AI-enabled workflows and automation to optimize cross-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing technology, CRM, or related technical field.
• Deep Braze expertise including integrations, orchestration, and data structures.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable martech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Braze and communications tech integrations and governance.
• Evaluate vendors, run RFPs, pilot capabilities, and drive build-vs-buy decisions.
• Identify AI opportunities to optimize orchestration, personalization, and experiments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to translate needs into technical specs.
• Ensure reliability, scale, and data quality across channels.
