Twin Health seeks a Senior Platform Engineer - MarTech to strengthen the shared marketing and communication platforms that support acquisition, enrollment, and customer engagement. You will manage Braze, Hightouch, and related tools as core infrastructure, collaborating with Marketing, Enrollment, Acquisition, Product, and Data to translate business needs into reliable platform capabilities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in MarTech engineering, marketing tech operations, or platform integrations.
• Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements for delivery.
• Experience with journey orchestration platforms and multi-system integrations.
• Experience operating production platforms with stakeholder ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the configuration, day-to-day support, and continuous improvement of Braze, Hightouch, and related MarTech platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Acquisition, Product, and Data to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Manage intake and prioritization, define scope, assess effort, and align timelines with engineering leadership.
• Standardize Braze Canvas architecture and templates, with testing and release checks.
• Maintain integrations across Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and mail vendors.
• Implement platform personalization and triggers in partnership with stakeholders.
• Monitor reliability and data integrity; improve dashboards and alerts.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and extend integrations to additional services.
• Develop landing pages, APIs, webhooks, and automation; extend to Twilio, Zoom, FCM, AWS SNS.
• Apply testing, secure access, consent handling, and data protection practices.
• Implement and govern website tracking via Google Tag Manager with consent modes.
• Other duties as assigned.
