Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr. Software Engineer, MarTech, to design and deploy AI-powered marketing tech solutions.

You will build LLM-based agents, ML pipelines, and advanced search to transform prospecting, data quality, and partner experiences. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and security teams to ensure responsible AI, governance, and scalable production systems while mentoring engineers and shaping best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience with 2+ years deploying AI/LLM solutions into production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, and ML techniques for entity resolution, classification, and scoring.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java; building RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with marketing/sales stakeholders and define measurable success metrics.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-based agents for events, prospecting, partner workflows, and marketing initiatives.
• Improve lead and data quality via ML/LLM pipelines across Salesforce, Marketo, and related platforms.
• Enhance website search and partner locator using semantic/hybrid search and RAG.
• Apply AI analytics to improve partner ROI reporting and Adobe Analytics adoption.
