Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the design, build, and growth of a digital marketplace. You will collaborate with business, engineering, UX, architecture, and operations to translate marketplace strategy into scalable product capabilities.

You will own the product roadmap, conduct discovery, and turn requirements into epics, user stories, and a prioritized backlog while driving Mirakl implementations or similar solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or digital product delivery with hands-on ownership.
• Experience delivering eCommerce or marketplace products and understanding marketplace models.
• Strong knowledge of seller ecosystems, catalog, offers, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience creating roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Hands-on API experience and integration-heavy commerce ecosystems.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace product roadmap and align priorities with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead discovery and translate requirements into capabilities, epics, user stories, and backlog.
• Collaborate with product, catalog, pricing, inventory, and operations across the marketplace.
• Drive Mirakl implementation or an equivalent marketplace solution.
• Partner with engineering on integrations between marketplace, storefront, PIM, OMS, ERP, and payments.
• Work with UX to craft seamless journeys for buyers, sellers, and operators.
• Run backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and launches.
• Define KPIs and use data to surface opportunities and trade-offs.
