Courtyard, a fast-growing collectibles startup, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to help build the technology that connects buyers, sellers, and partners at scale. You will work with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams to turn complex problems into scalable tech products.

This high-impact role requires navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and owning the platform that drives liquidity, customer experience, and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a marketplace or tech environment.
• Experience launching technical products or platforms with engineering teams.
• Strong fluency with APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Ability to engage with engineers and understand architecture without coding.
• Data-driven decision making with metrics and experimentation.
• Excellent prioritization and decision making with incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort in a high-growth startup environment with ownership and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key platforms.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Partner with engineering from discovery to launch.
• Define and prioritize features based on impact, value, and complexity.
• Build products that improve supply, demand, liquidity, and transaction volume.
• Define KPIs, instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities for marketplace growth.
• Manage dependencies across engineering teams and identify risks.
• Establish success metrics and measure product performance after launch.
• Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative improvements.
