Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a Senior Product Manager – Marketplace to lead the design, launch, and optimization of marketplace capabilities for a major retailer.

You'll own the product roadmap, manage cross‑functional delivery with engineering, UX, and operations, and drive seller onboarding, catalogs, pricing, inventory, and orders. Hands-on Mirakl or similar marketplace experience is highly preferred; onsite four days per week in Katy, TX.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or digital product delivery.
• Strong background in eCommerce, digital marketplaces, or retail technology.
• Experience implementing, launching, or managing marketplace platforms, ideally involving third-party sellers.
• Understanding of seller onboarding, catalog management, inventory, order management, and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience working with API integrations and complex eCommerce technology ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Katy, TX, four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketplace product roadmap, priorities, and backlog.
• Lead marketplace product development from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Drive capabilities related to seller onboarding, product catalogs, pricing, inventory, order management, fulfillment, and returns.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on integrations with eCommerce platforms, PIM, OMS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with UX teams to improve customer, seller, and marketplace experiences.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements while supporting Agile ceremonies, UAT, and product releases.
• Monitor marketplace performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
