Twenty Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to drive the marketplace experience from discovery to MVP and beyond. You will work with a small team of engineers, users, and leadership to define workflows, build trust, and scale matching and participation.

You will translate user insights into practical product decisions, maintain a clear product roadmap, and balance short‑term experiments with long‑term platform goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Product Manager with ownership across strategy and execution.
• Strong user interview, discovery, and synthesis skills.
• Defined and launched MVPs using early feedback to iterate.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Lead the product from discovery through launch and scale.
• Conduct user interviews and ongoing discovery across marketplace participants.
• Develop understanding of workflows, incentives, constraints, and trust requirements.
• Design experiences for both human users and automated participants.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner with a small engineering team to define scope and delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product reviews.
• Use signals and data to improve matching quality and marketplace performance.
• Balance near-term delivery with scalable platform development.
• Brief executive leadership on strategy, progress, risks, and decisions.
• Create alignment across engineering, users, and leadership on what to build.
