• High-Touch Marketplace Co-Selling & Deal Architecture: drive marketplace value and structure complex partnerships.
• Partner Revenue Transformation & Advisory: guide revenue models, billing, and incentives for a marketplace-first approach.
• Feedback Loops & AI-First Governance: capture product feedback and govern AI-enabled processes.
• Supporting the Products + Services GTM Motion: design bundled software + services plays and pilots.
