Job summary

Capgemini Invent’s frog unit seeks a Senior Consultant in Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients redesign go-to-market models. You will lead end-to-end engagements, shaping marketing operating models and data-driven strategies, while partnering with strategy, data, and technology teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

You will apply AI literacy to identify opportunities, guide initiatives, and contribute to client proposals and presentations, within a global, inclusive, high-impact

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Experience in marketing strategy, marketing transformation, or customer engagement—ideally in consulting.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Understanding of modern marketing ecosystems including MarTech platforms.
• Experience working across strategy, data, and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within large transformation programs and deliver smaller engagements end-to-end.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, governance, and processes.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
• Translate client challenges into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
• Support MarTech strategy and enablement (Salesforce, Adobe) and AI-enabled marketing use cases.
