Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Marketing Technology to bridge business objectives with technical delivery across an enterprise marketing stack. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to define requirements and guide cross-system initiatives.

This senior contributor role requires strong experience in marketing CRM platforms and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous, cross-functional programs within a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise marketing and CRM ecosystems with hands-on platform work.
• Ability to translate business objectives into implementation-ready requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a large enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM and stakeholders to understand goals and capture functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Support solution design across CRM, marketing automation, and data flows.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify system behavior and dependencies.
