Job summary

Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, seeks a Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing Systems) to own and scale marketing tech platforms, primarily Iterable and TrustArc. You will partner with Marketing Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that support Box’s go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with Marketo, including marketing automation, campaign management, and Salesforce integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrations.
• Experience supporting TrustArc or similar consent and privacy platforms in a marketing or data environment.
• Proven experience with SnapLogic, including designing, supporting, or troubleshooting integration pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own techno-functional deliverables across analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale critical Marketing technology platforms, with focus on Iterable and TrustArc.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing tech initiatives, including discovery, requirements, backlog, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Translate marketing, data, and compliance requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic with Engineering and Data teams.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, and support reporting and segmentation.
• Evaluate current processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable marketing solutions.
• Work in an agile model with Enterprise Systems, Engineering, Data, and vendors for high-quality outcomes.
• Prioritize run-the-business work: enhancements, defects, and operational issues.
• Contribute to Marketing Systems roadmap and provide input on effort estimation.
