Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a senior integration engineer to lead design and implementation of marketing platform integrations. You will architect and maintain API-driven connections across PAM, DAM, CRM, and other systems while collaborating with Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams.

You will build data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and optimize integration reliability, privacy, and governance. Strong stakeholder management and mentoring of engineers are expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience integrating and supporting enterprise applications and marketing technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrations across marketing platforms.
• Provide ongoing operational support, administration, and enhancement for PAM and DAM platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and maintain API-driven integrations using RESTful services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines that synchronize customer profiles, events, consent data, and catalog information across systems.
• Monitor platform performance, API health, data sync issues, and engagement delivery; implement observability and runbooks.
