This individual will work closely with various teams to support Email and SMS communications by enhancing segmentation and optimizing omnichannel communications for all brands.

The position requires strong experience in API-based integrations and marketing technology platforms, with a focus on compliance and data governance. Desired candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience integrating enterprise applications and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong experience with designing API-based integrations including REST APIs.
• Prior experience leading projects and mentoring engineering teams is preferred.
