Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC seeks a Senior Engineer, Creative Marketing to architect and implement a composable marketing stack across brands. You will lead integration of Campaign/Workflow tools, DAM, and Studio Production Platform, while advancing AI-enabled workflows for asset personalization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to scale Customer 360 and loyalty initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure robust technical standards within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building marketing technology platforms and tools.
• Experience integrating Campaign/Workflow, DAM, and Studio Production platforms.
• Experience applying AI in marketing tech and integrating AI/ML models.
