Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years in marketing strategy, brand strategy, planning, or related experience.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across brand, performance, and lifecycle channels.
• Experience collaborating with product, B2B, analytics, creative, media, and CRM teams.
• Background in complex business environments—ideally marketplace, multi-sided platform, B2B2C, or automotive.
• Agency experience in planning/strategy or client-side brand/marketing strategy is preferred.

• Partner with product, B2B marketing, sales, and planning to align strategy with objectives.

• Create strategic briefs for media, creative, analytics, and lifecycle teams with clear success metrics.
• Brief agencies with strategic direction reflecting full-funnel objectives and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and identify growth opportunities.
