Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in sales and marketing automation.
• Familiar with Salesforce and Marketo platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle short and long-term priorities.
• Scrappy and hands-on with software adoption and optimization.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketo and Salesforce implementations with quality data.
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and enhancements.
• Manage and update sales territory assignments.
• Optimize lead scoring rules and processes.
• Build and optimize nurture email campaigns (ad hoc and automated).
• Deliver insights on bookings, pipeline, efficiency, and content needs.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings reports with Finance and Exec team.
• Identify and pilot programs to maximize high-value lead generation.
