Altium is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, processes, and people powering its marketing engine. As the Marketo platform owner, you’ll partner with CMO and CRO/Sales leadership while directing a small team responsible for day-to-day execution.

You’ll own Marketo and Salesforce integration, manage data hygiene, and drive PLG/self-serve and enterprise motion. The role demands strategic vision and hands-on admin experience.

Formación

• 5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred; hands-on admin experience required
• Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency including Marketo-SFDC integration and attribution
• Experience with Tableau or BI tools for marketing dashboards and reporting
• Familiarity with Qualified or similar conversational AI marketing / chatbot platforms

Responsabilidades

• Own Marketo platform architecture, governance, and integrations
• Lead and develop a team of two Marketing Operations Specialists
• Maintain clean data flow between Marketo and Salesforce
• Oversee chatbot strategy and pipeline generation
• Support PLG/self-serve and enterprise demand gen initiatives
• Define marketing operations best practices and scalable processes
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to translate business needs into operational requirements
