Marrina Decisions is seeking a Marketing Enthusiast expert in building programs and managing systems to generate inbound leads. You will leverage Marketo to maximize funnel, with Salesforce integration, and ensure data health across large datasets.

The role demands collaboration across teams, strong program management, and hands-on dashboard/reporting capabilities. Remote US-based applicants encouraged; compensation includes a generous bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Marketo experience with 2–3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of lead management, lead routing and lifecycle management.
• Experience building dashboards and executive slide decks.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with multiple groups to manage expectations and drive programs.
• Apply best practices of Marketo and SFDC integration.
• Lead management, routing and lifecycle optimization.
• Develop data-driven solutions and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure data health and quality across large datasets.
• Monitor key performance metrics and escalate when action is needed.
• Support data requirements for analysis and reporting.
• Create compelling executive slides for reviews.
