• 10+ years of Risk Management experience.
• Ability to communicate risk strategies to stakeholders and connect them to business outcomes.
• Proven record leading teams, coaching talent, and delivering governance results.

Responsabilidades

• Leads assessment of the risk and control environment to support operations and adherence to standards.
• Monitors and tests controls; identifies issues and drives remediation.
• Leads implementation of optimized controls and QA practices to support business continuity.
• Manages performance and productivity of team members conducting QA and inspection reviews.
• Ensures timely QA activities, control execution, case management, and results reporting.
• Oversees responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring reviews.
• Ensures data accuracy for inspection metrics and governance dashboards.
