Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator to lead proposal outlines and develop compelling qualifications and materials from Boise, ID or Salt Lake City, UT. You will collaborate with the nationwide Marketing & Proposals team to pursue Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming projects.

Requires 5+ years in marketing within AEC or professional services, plus strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Travel for client delivery and events is required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in AEC or professional services.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities.
• Strong prioritization, time management, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal outline preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions.
• Develop compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials (layout, writing, coordination).
• Assist with retrieval and tracking of RFPs/RFQs and go/no-go discussions.
• Write, catalogue, and update project materials (profiles, resumes, client references).
• Produce proposals in person from Boise, ID or Salt Lake City, UT; travel to client locations as needed.
• Support events and trade shows; ensure Marketing materials quality (proofreading, aesthetics, compliance).
• Update CRM and related databases; fulfill other Marketing tasks.
