Job summary

Apex Companies seeks a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our nationwide Marketing & Proposals team, focusing on Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. You will drive proposal outlines, develop qualifications, and coordinate materials from Boise or Salt Lake City.

Requirements include 5+ years in marketing within the AEC or professional services, strong writing, InDesign and MS Office proficiency, and ability to travel for proposal delivery. Annual bonuses are available.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in Boise, ID or Salt Lake City, UT with the nationwide Marketing & Proposals team
• Assist with retrieval and tracking of RFPs/qualifications and go/no-go discussions
• Lead proposal outline preparation and kickoff discussions
• Develop firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials (layout, writing, coordination)
• Assist with writing, cataloging, and updating project materials (profiles, resumes, client references)
• Produce proposals in person from Boise or Salt Lake City
• Travel to client locations to deliver proposals as needed
• Support events and trade shows
• Proofread and ensure quality of marketing materials
• Update CRM and related databases
• Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed
