Job summary

SaaS Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-launch programs for creator‑led businesses. You will own end‑to‑end project plans, timelines, dependencies, and ownership, coordinating across marketing, events, coaching, product, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project or launch management within a fast‑moving environment and direct experience with revenue‑generating launches, webinars, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management, launch management, or product/program management in a fast-moving organization.
• Experience in a creator-led coaching or personal development business selling courses, memberships, high-ticket coaching, or live events.
• Direct experience managing revenue-generating launches such as coaching or course launches, webinars, and campaigns.

• Own multiple projects at once across coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, marketing campaigns, sales funnels, digital products, live and virtual events.
• Personally build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows within Asana or similar.
• Lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external partners.
