Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional review workflows for promotional and sales training assets. You will coordinate Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial inputs and partner with external agencies to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in pharma project management, expertise with MLR/MRP processes, and strong leadership using data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in pharma or healthcare advertising.
Strong cross-functional coordination across Medical, Regulatory, Legal and Commercial teams.
Experience with pharma promotional review workflows (MLR/MRP) and related systems.
Proven ability to manage complex print and digital materials to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-functional reviews with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders for compliant promotional assets.
Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to meet project milestones and maintain clear communication.
Optimize workflows by monitoring execution timelines and predicting delays in the Material Review Process (MRP).
Provide consultative support to internal and agency teams navigating promo review systems and submission standards.
