Winsor Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Marketing Lead to own planning, messaging, and performance of Winsor’s marketing, including client initiatives. This hands‑on role writes, designs, builds, and executes content, sets campaign direction, and directs the Marketing Operations Specialist to deliver high‑quality work.

You will craft messaging for target industries, plan a cross‑channel campaign calendar, and own reporting on results using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Semrush.

Competenze

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience including planning and executing multichannel campaigns.
• Strong writing skills demonstrated through portfolio of web copy, longform content, and sales materials.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns, workflows, and reports in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
• Track record of using campaign data to adjust direction and improve results.
• Experience communicating with clients or external stakeholders on deliverables and approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
