Energize Marketing, LLC is seeking a Marketing Operations & Content Manager to turn strategy into campaigns, content, and reliable day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes HubSpot expertise, strong writing, and independent work within goals.

You will own campaign execution, content publishing, CMS management, and event coordination while identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. This is a remote, full-time position in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years in marketing operations, content marketing, or related field.
• Strong practical HubSpot experience including emails, forms, landing pages, workflows.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to convert briefs into content.

Aufgaben

• Translate briefs into campaigns across email, social media, website, and content channels.
• Maintain HubSpot operations, audience segmentation, forms, landing pages, and workflows.
• Publish content and manage CMS publishing, including newsletters and blogs.
• Coordinate events, assets, and promotions; track deadlines and budgets.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with objectives.
