About this role

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Automation Expertise:
  • Design, implement, and manage complex marketing automation workflows in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) to nurture leads, score prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Develop and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within MCAE to maximize engagement and lead capture.
  • Maintain and configure MCAE, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and sales processes, including seamless integration with Salesforce for efficient lead handoff.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization:
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance in MCAE and Salesforce, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and attribution.
    • Build custom dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide insights into marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain a robust lead scoring and grading model in MCAE to prioritize qualified leads for sales follow-up.
    • Collaborate with the Analytics team to measure campaign success, manage the lead lifecycle, improve funnel tracking and multi-touch attribution, and understand risks and dependencies for strategic changes.
  • Data Management & Segmentation:
    • Ensure data integrity and hygiene within Salesforce and MCAE, implementing data cleansing and standardization processes.
    • Manage and segment marketing lists in MCAE to target specific audiences and personalize campaigns.
    • Work with sales operations to define and maintain lead lifecycle stages and ensure proper lead routing.
  • Sales Team Support:
    • Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team organization, including assistance with lead management, campaign execution, and data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with campaign operations and analytics teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Work with marketing partners on program conceptualization, execution, and success measurement.
  • Process Optimization & Growth:
    • Uncover opportunities to increase conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel, using methods such as website A/B testing and optimizing lead routing.
    • Establish and improve scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead generation and management.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of and enhancements to our processes and MarTech stack.
    • Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role with a strong focus on marketing automation, specifically within technology companies.
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce and MCAE, including campaign management, lead nurturing, email marketing, and reporting.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain complex marketing automation workflows and integrations.
    • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience in building dashboards and reports.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience building and implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS technology companies.

    We're Also Looking For:

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
    • Experience with other marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, HubSpot).
    • Knowledge of lead scoring and grading best practices.
    • Experience with data cleansing and enrichment tools.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
    • Proficiency in web and A/B testing tools (e.g., A/B Tasty, Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity, Contentsquare VWO).

    What’s in it for you?

    The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $100000 to $110000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
