Optiv is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive Optiv’s marketing programs and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and excel in an operational environment. They should be Marketo certified with experience in platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc. This individual will be skilled in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using various systems. The right professional will have strong analytical skills and collaborate strategically with demand generation and events teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc.
  2. Define team processes, document workflows, and establish service level agreements in collaboration with the operations team.
  3. Create strategic campaigns with marketing managers and stakeholders across various tactics.
  4. Perform quality assurance on campaigns, emails, lists, programs, and landing pages.
  5. Support and train marketing team members in Marketo.
  6. Analyze data to segment lists based on demographics and behaviors using systems like 6sense, SFDC, and Marketo.
  7. Lead A/B testing, optimize performance, and evaluate campaign success.
  8. Track and report on campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in operations.
  • Marketo certification and at least 3 years of experience with Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of ABM programs and experience with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Experience in marketing automation, managing assets like forms, landing pages, and templates.
  • Experience with lead routing and scoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital and event marketing best practices.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Outreach or Salesloft is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
