The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Neat will be responsible for the measurement and optimization of all marketing programs to ensure they are executed effectively and aligned with Neat’s business goals to maximize ROI and drive growth. The ideal candidate is very strong in data analysis and data-driven decision making and has robust experience of marketing operations in the context of ecommerce, direct, and partner-led go-to-market models.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Develop marketing annual plan, budget allocation, and performance metrics in collaboration with the marketing leader.
  • Performance tracking: Develop and monitor key metrics to forecast and evaluate marketing performance, including pipeline math and campaign ROI; create and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly executive reports.
  • Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with the marketing operations manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and business operations, to evaluate program effectiveness and support go-to-market motions.
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and marketing best practices; continuously audit processes and operations from field/demand marketers to systems.
  • Tech stack: Oversee marketing technology stack, including CRM and MAP systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, especially in data analysis, reporting, lead routing, funnel progression, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with B2B ecommerce/transactional, direct, and partner-led selling motions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights to executives for data-driven decisions.
  • Highly motivated achiever capable of operating strategically and tactically, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to act as a marketing stakeholder while also understanding broader business objectives to inform decision making.
