About The Team

The Marketing Operations team at Mixpanel partners closely with Marketing Leadership to develop core processes, execute campaign operations, tooling, automation, and reporting to run the Marketing team. We build and optimize operational processes, facilitate decision-making, and drive efficiency to meet growth objectives.

About The Role

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will execute key marketing operations including campaign management, reporting, attribution, ROI analysis, and audience management/data enrichment at scale. This role requires analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to optimize marketing performance and scalability.

Responsibilities
  1. Automation Workflows: Own and optimize marketing automation workflows using Hightouch to sync customer data and deliver targeted campaigns.
  2. Automated Programs: Develop automated sales outbound campaigns based on intent signals and lifecycle marketing programs.
  3. Segmentation/Audience Management: Ensure high-quality audience segmentation by integrating Hightouch with CRM and marketing tools.
  4. Data Pipelines: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for customer and marketing data flow.
  5. Forecasting & Planning: Own forecasting, pipeline modeling, and goal-setting to align with revenue targets.
  6. Campaign & Attribution Analysis: Evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Improve workflows, reporting, and governance for data-driven decisions.
  8. Tech Stack & Data Management: Leverage tools like Salesforce, automation platforms, and analytics tools to improve reporting and data integrity.
  9. Strategic Project Leadership: Support strategic initiatives with insights and operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics within high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Customer.io), BI platforms (Tableau, Looker), and Hightouch or Census.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of PLG and enterprise sales models.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $191,500—$259,000 USD, including base and variable compensation. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(K), wellness, parental leave, volunteer time off, and more.
