2x.marketing is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to boost marketing performance through strategic thinking, project management, and data-driven processes. You will lead MarTech integrations, optimize automation, and mentor Marketing Operations staff in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes governance of campaigns, lead management, and analytics to drive revenue visibility and impact across enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, IT, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Certification in email marketing or Marketing Automation Platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational strategizing across marketing tools, systems and processes (website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics).
• Manage lead routing, automation, integration between MarTech tools, and data migrations.
• Establish scalable processes for campaign and lead management and best practices.
