Job summary

TeamSnap is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing programs for TeamSnap for Brands. You will translate business priorities into coordinated campaigns, targeting our highest-value audiences through field events, executive programs, email, and virtual panels.

You will collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and PR to strengthen TeamSnap’s market position and contribute to pipeline. Fully remote, with US-based hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brand or field marketing programs that drove pipeline.
• Partnership with enterprise sales on ABM programs or target-account strategies.
• Comfortable using AI to build repeatable marketing systems and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-facing narratives for priority audiences.
• Own field marketing program from strategy to execution (events, dinners, roundtables, activations, speaking opportunities).
• Partner with Sales to define target accounts and develop ABM programs.
• Collaborate with PR to generate earned media around campaigns.
• Develop webinars and email programs to extend reach.
• Select and manage agency and media partners for campaign execution.
• Work within Salesforce and HubSpot to manage audiences and reporting.
