Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing for Core & Flagship Segments to own end-to-end growth across Mass Affluent and Affluent segments within Personal Wealth. You will craft multi-year strategies, drive integrated campaigns, and connect marketing investment to commercial outcomes, partnering with channel, product, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive marketing experience including senior leadership of complex consumer-facing strategies.
Substantive experience in wealth management or related retail financial services.
Demonstrated full-funnel ownership with measurable ROI.
Exceptional analytical judgment and ability to influence executives.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget stewardship.

Responsibilities

Own Core and Flagship growth strategy and multi-year marketing plan.
Lead end-to-end funnel from awareness to retention across segments.
Establish metrics, reporting, and rigorous measurement to drive results.
Synthesize insights across data, market and performance to inform decisions.
Advise Personal Wealth leadership and align cross-functional partners (channel, product, sales, digital, analytics).
Develop and coach marketing strategists to build a high-performing organization.
