Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience across consumer-facing strategies and teams.
• Substantive experience in wealth management, investments, or related retail financial services.
• Demonstrated full-funnel ownership with results in acquisition, conversion, engagement, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core and Flagship growth strategy and multi-year marketing plan.
• Lead end-to-end funnel across awareness, consideration, conversion, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Synthesize customer behavior and market signals into executive-ready narratives for decision making.
• Connect acquisition, cross-sell, engagement, thought leadership, content and relationship-building programs by segment.
• Lead through an enterprise matrix and align partners across channel, product, sales, digital, and analytics.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization with disciplined planning, analytics, and budget stewardship.
