You will bridge brand storytelling with commercial performance, manage budgets and agencies, and guide campaigns across channels while championing sustainability and community engagement in Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to link brand work to revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM, PR, and paid media.
• Strong creative judgment and brand storytelling.
• Ability to lead across property, corporate, ownership, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the property's annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales on opportunities and campaigns.
• Track performance and advise where to shift investment.
• Set KPIs across paid, owned, earned, CRM, social, partnerships, and events.
• Lead agency coordination and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare marketing updates for hotel leadership and ownership.
