Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Group Sales Manager for Populus in Denver. Lead group sales efforts for a distinctive lifestyle hotel built on sustainability and community. Travel to industry events and build strategic partnerships to grow revenue.

You will manage RFPs, proposals, and client engagements, working across departments to ensure outstanding service and successful events that reflect our mission in local and national markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience at a full-service property (required).
• Experience selling in the Denver market (required).
• Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, build, and strengthen relationships within market group sales.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs for conferences and events.
