Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy, with demonstrated career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the US downstream commercial strategy for the ATTUNE Knee System, including positioning and market share growth.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for new implant configurations, instrument innovations, and platform enhancements with field readiness.
• Develop differentiated clinical value messaging grounded in biomechanical evidence and outcomes data.
• Build surgeon education programs and manage key opinion leader relationships for strategy input.
• Deliver regular market briefings to leadership with actionable recommendations.
